This pamphlet is intended to inspire an army for an Upstart Nation and to rekindle the American Revolution without the need for bullets or bombs. The battlefields of the American Revolution have shifted to courtrooms. It is there that Washington's army can and does wield mighty pens to continue to push the envelope of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This is what Thomas Jefferson meant when he mused that he liked rebellion - because it is refreshing like a storm in the air. It is more important than life itself as attorney Patrick Henry demanded: "Give me liberty or give me death." The pamphlet is also meant for potential law students, law students, practicing legal professionals and their families. It is the author's greatest hope that it may play some small part in inspiring a continuation of the great cause of the American Revolution and the higher evolution of civilization without violence but rather in the courtrooms of our great nation.
