Merlin McHenry believes everyone has a Magic Number. A gifted student of risk, probability and beautiful women, he loves Star Wars, collects board games and worships Stephen Hawking. But math makes Nance Elliott nauseous. When she meets Merlin toting a book of sonnets, she’s sure he’s just a charming geek. In one afternoon Merlin unlocks Nance’s Magic Number and by nightfall he is madly in love. Although their hearts feel destined to be together, reuniting is seldom as simple as a heart’s whim.
