Chef Tony’s recipe for success is good food for good people.
He believes every Christian needs to be built up in their spirit.
And the spirit of a person is what really sustains them. He thinks the story of Samson is a good example of keeping an eye on what is important.
The modern day scenario for us is not about how long our hair is, but how good is our spiritual diet.
He has endeavoured to prepare meals that are spiritually nutritious.
He knows that some of us do not like to eat our vegetables and so on.
He knows some Christians prefer intellectual food for the brain.
And entertaining food to keep us…well…entertained!
But that has not stopped him from preparing spiritual meat and veggies.
He understands that his food must appeal to our senses and he has gone a long way towards achieving a balanced menu.
