An Inspector Horace Mystery - Murder at The Manor House

In this whodunnit Cluedo-like murder mystery, Inspector Horace finds himself visiting a Manor House, complete with servants; finding out how the other half live. During the investigation, Inspector Horace interviews: Sir Henry, Lord of the Manor; Lady Elizabeth, Lady of the House; Master Humphrey, the butler; Jimmy, the chauffeur and mechanic; Mrs Bun, the head cook; Hayley, the assistant cook; Ellie the kitchen hand and Delilah, the dizzy housekeeper and has some very interesting conversations with Eleanor, Sir Henry’s wayward 19-year-old daughter who likes to recreate the scenes in the Victorian oil paintings that are hanging on the walls in the Drawing Room; down the bottom of the garden that is at the back of the Manor House. Eleanor talks about having a “Thinking Path” in her garden like Charles Darwin had and educates Inspector Horace on what ‘earthing’ is, during their conversations.
