Tokyo Yakuza #23: The Outliar

2020 shifts everything. Japan is the new world power. But someone is conspiring against the current national equilibrium. After receiving a threat and a large sum of money, Ryo Kishu (from the Kudo-kai) sets out to infiltrate the Yamaguchi-gumi – in efforts to take out its leader, Kitano Takumi, who is supposedly involved in a mass conspiracy. As he unravels the case, Ryo soon finds out that his luck was a little more than present, but much less than kind.
