An Unscheduled Stop

Working late hours has become the norm for Oscar Mannington and riding the subway alone at all hours just an occupational hazard. But on this March night everything changed. Held up between stops, he is given a front row seat to a brutal murder on a train seemingly suspended on a parallel track. Unable to do anything to stop it, he watches in horror while trying to muster enough strength to get off and go for help. But help is the last thing he gets and instead is thrown into a struggle just to be believed as he is pursued and tormented by those behind the savage killing.

An Unscheduled Stop is a thriller set in New York City. Oscar Mannington is a struggling intern architect working for a demanding employer. In his pursuit for the truth, he finds unexpected support from a coworker, Elaine Crossman and a has-been newspaper reporter, Mickey Wilkerson. But in his pursuit for the truth, Oscar discovers that he is exposing those he cares about to danger and possible death culminating in a twist he never expected.
