Bubba's BBQ Cookbook

Bubba has been cooking ever since he was little and was helping his dad smoke turkeys for friends and family during the holidays. He started out helping his dad watch the firebox and checking the turkeys temp. He quickly became a young pitmaster smoking the turkeys from start to finish. That was the start of his cooking passion. Since that time Bubba has cooked in BBQ competitions, owned a catering company and catered everything from a backyard party to a formal wedding. He was also Manager and Catering Director for the largest and most successful BBQ restaurant in the county.

Bubba now wants to share with others his passion for cooking as well as the recipes he has collected over a lifetime of cooking. You will find everything from a simple and easy to make hot-dog sauce that will bring them to life to a 16 hours smoked brisket that will melt in your mouth.
