Sometimes life seems it is out of control for whatever reason.
The “IT” appears to have more control of us more than us of the “IT”.

I was at this point in my life as a young mother. The mountain of “IT” was overwhelming me from all sides. When, I came to the end of it all. I looked up and heard a gentle voice telling me my life could change. If, I would let go of the “IT” in my life and take hold of that gentle hand with the gentle voice.
At first I struggled to respond to this gentle voice. I knew the voice was true, but I was fearful to let go of the “IT”. “IT” seemed too high to climb and too wide to go around. “IT” was just too overwhelming.
One day the struggled ended as I let go of the “IT” and took hold of that gentle hand with the gentle voice.
Holding on to this gentle hand I felt a freedom and strength that I had never felt before. That hand I found was the hand of Jesus and the Words He spoke gave me a new life. He led me down this path of encouragement. He walked with me and He talked to me continuing to reassure me that He would never leave me nor forsake me.
My life was forever changed. Then, He said to share with others what I had found and how He would do the same for anyone who would take hold of His gentle hand and walk in the steps that He would place before them.
He showed me a way to reach out and give a place for others to join in this journey of freedom in Him.
He brought two special ladies ( Emilie Gatton and Vicky Granger ) to help me begin this new journey.
In this book you will hear the struggles and see the victories of others.
But most of all, you will see that you too will feel His encouragement.
First through Emilie’s, “From Sorrow to Comfort - From Tears to Joy” Turning Point “Dear One” letters.
Second through Vicky’s testimony of challenge and change from two stories especially written for anyone on this new path.
Third, This led me (Helen) to listen more eagerly for the gentle voice of the Holy Spirit of God and begin to write those things He spoke to teach and encourage me in my new walk.

You can conceive it and if you conceive it

Into the fullness of my plans and purpose.
I planted that seed of faith within
To come at my appointed time.
It is up to you to step into the possibility.
In me and with me you can do all things.
Release the truth of this revelation knowledge
and it will transform expectations into greater applications
and creative manifestation of the impossible now possible.

The Letters … Emilie …
Why, This little book came about through a blessed Pastor friend of mine.
She was so occupied there wasn’t time to send letters to the hurting people
coming into Turning Point every Thursday night.
At first it was a letter every 3 months.
Gradually it was every month and finally every week.
She called me her ghost writer
as I signed them Pastor Helen and Emilie.
Finally she told me they were going to be put into book form.
With my mouth hanging open (for I knew I had no ability for this)
I began to read these over in preparation
