The Summer of Change: Lea's Story

Lea Marino is just an average teenage girl whose life just got turned upside down. Her mother has been diagnosed with cancer and must travel to a clinic a few hours from their home. Lea is left in the care of her mother's only living relatives while her mother is receiving her treatment inpatient. Just as she starts to settle in, getting a job and finding a new crush, her life gets turned upside down once again and her family and friends have to help her put all the scattered pieces back together. So much can happen in one small summer.
