With technological convergence, we are ushering into an era of connectedness between I, you, we, communities (us) and the eco system. We are deriving more consciousness from the universe due to unprecedented advances in technology. Google has already created a planetary mind. Now is the time to ponder over the steps we should take to be aware of our responsibility to humanity at large, other living beings and to the entire eco system. Our organic and biological connectivity should enable us to live our lives with empowerment, synergy, abundance, prosperity, bliss and happiness.
Most of the enlightened people, intellectuals, and political, business and social leaders often quote and invoke Gandhi for connecting and mobilizing people for a common cause or a shared vision and Gandhi has never failed them.
Gandhi had influence over all the great leaders & eminent people (not to mention his influence over common people) Time magazine, called The 14th Dalai Lama, Martin Luther King, Cesar Chavez, Aung San Sun Kyi, Benigno Aquino, Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela as Children of Gandhi as his spiritual heirs to non violence. Their connectivity to Gandhi enabled them to connect and strike a chord with the targeted audience and helped them in meeting their goals and shared vision. Even the present president of America Barack Obama is the follower of Gandhi.
All of us need to be aware of Leadership awareness insights to become individually and collectively empowered by interacting with each other with flexible beliefs, feelings and freedom of choice.

The book conceptualizes a people empowering and synergizing model (3A+3F) by creating leadership awareness through various insights and connecting data from different domains to make life meaningful, interesting and engaging.
In order to understand and practice the model (3A+3F), it has been elaborated through real life stories, narrations, examples, and empowering and synergizing awareness habits.
Our mind is a process and software of regulating energy & information whereas brain is the hardware, which enables the mind to operate.
The model is multi dimensional and to make it simple to understand and practice, it has been described as a process in the book as follows:
