The 1903 Springfield Rifle

Arguably the most famous rifle in United States military history, the model 1903 Springfield rifle served two world wars and the Korean conflict. It’s also seen action in smaller military conflicts thanks to its incredible accuracy and killing ability. Perhaps its best application was the use as a sniper rifle. Snipers around the world preferred it during World War Ii, and the gun was even more deadly with a telescopic sight attached.
