Grief and youth are strange combinations. Lolly is facing both, and concocts an unusual plan to desperately prove to her deceased mother she is a daughter to be proud of. This story resonates with the places we get caught in, the roads we run off of, when we are driven by grief, with some of the dangers and unexpected gifts.
