A group of strangers have come together through panic and fear. A sniper watches them through his scope with his finger on the trigger and a man in the shadows watches them both. The mutant humans are now hatching from cocoons with a taste for their fellow man, all while Dr. Tannin sits and watches from the safety of his lab.
