Near Fine, trace signs of edge wear; no salient flaws to point out - it's just not quite brand new. The white specks on the front cover are intentional snow, by the cover artist, Fred Fields. Contents are of course Fine. A product of hard work and passion regarding collectible card games, largely, of course, of the Fantasy variety. See scan of contents page for some detail on what's inside, but in fact you have to peruse the whole thing - which takes hours. How-to's, hints, ratings, and of course plenty of ads (themselves quite absorbing), with full-color graphics throughout. Reads like a publication you could sit with for a month - and do nothing else.
