This book contains only the very essence of the new Act and will come handy especially for those who are unable to go through the entire Act / Rules. An attempt is made here to make the complicated provisions, simple and understandable to everyone. I have tried to group similar points and used mind maps at the expense of adhering to stringent provisions of law for the sake of simplicity, easy understanding and memorisation.
