Anyone who has purchased or refinanced a house knows what a residential real estate appraiser does. Okay, most folks don’t have high regard for appraisers … even though our job is pretty detailed and I believe, pretty important. But while most homeowners and such see appraisers in the business side of things, I’m here to share with you a lighter side that most people don’t get to see.
