The Man Behind The Mirror serves as a personal memoir of events surrounding the presidential terms of Barrack Obama. It's part personal opinion as well, focusing on an average American's realistic views on the president himself. There are no hidden agendas with this work rather just a completely honest account of one young man's experience during Obama's terms.

I remember when Bush was elected office all those years ago and I thought perhaps we'd get a president that'd really do what I felt was necessary in office. To me, that means leaving other countries alone, focusing on medicine, science, space and technology. I was only 13 at the time but I still believe all of those things I did 13 years ago today. Unfortunately, Bush never met any of those things I was so excited to see in a modern president. I grew up with stories about how advanced America had been and was told fairy tails about how focused the USA was on technology and science. Bush severely disappointed.
