Secrets and Retribution: A Pride and Prejudice Variation

Darcy and Elizabeth, married only a few months, find that their honeymoon must finally come to an end as they prepare for house guests. Charles Bingley and his sister will be the first guests since the Darcy's marriage, but to Elizabeth's regret Jane will not be able to make the trip. Along with Charles and Caroline, a friend from Darcy's past will arrive. Before they arrive, Thomas Adams sends a letter to Darcy asking for a private meeting that must be kept between the two of them. Upon arriving, Mr. Adams must tell Darcy of Caroline's plans to uproot the very happiness Darcy has found with his wife as both men attempt to prevent Miss Bingley's interference into the Darcy marriage. When secrets and alliances form, both from the present and the past, will the Darcy marriage remain intact?
