Born in the year 1805 George Vicesimus Wigram was the 20th child of Sir Robert Wigram. His middle name is Latin meaning twenty. He was the editor of “The Christian Witnessâ€, a monthly periodical. His writings touch on many subjects but always display the beauties of Christ their author having drunk deeply of the living waters of God’s precious Word. He is most well known for The Englishman’s Concordance of the New Testament and The Englishman’s Hebrew and Chaldee Concordance of the Old Testament. The above books were primarily edited by Dr. TREGELLES and Dr. Biallobtzky.
