In the future G P S and C S I has eliminated crime, but it becomes understood it's man's nature to kill and Society allows murder with proper permits, but Alien evil forces works with a mad man called Cee Cee Boyd to turn technology onto mankind and invade Earth. Only Harry Hemlock with his old detective ways can stop the invasion and in the battle he is reunited with family he didn't know he had.
