Stone Cold

Not your typical detective story.
Detective M. Stone is a stereotypical, tough homicide cop playing a cat and mouse game with local henchman Jake Dressler in the hopes of ensnaring a powerful crime boss. After being outwitted and embarrassed by Dressler, Stone find himself forced to babysit new recruit Sammy Henderson. Sammy is in awe of Stone’s legend and helps him break the rules to hunt down his prey. However, a misunderstood warning leads Stone on a devastating collision course with Dressler.
As Sammy finds herself alone and trapped with two drug dealers who are not what they seem, she finds herself struggling with a moral dilemma. Meanwhile, as the story splits, Stone and Dressler are forced to put their pasts aside to discover the answers to life, the universe and everything.
Although controversial at times, this action-filled tale unfolds with a dry humor that will appeal to a wide mature audience.
