I AM: Poetic Reflections through The Gospel of John

Did you know that the word, “verily,” in the New Testament translates the Greek word for amen? Have you trembled with Nicodemus as he snuck down darkened streets lest he be put out of the synagogue for meeting with Jesus? Have you been comforted in a storm as Jesus cried out, “Do not be afraid; I am!” Has your stomach turned at the stench and horror of crucifixion? Have you trembled with joy in the glory of the resurrection of Jesus? Have you shied with Peter as Jesus asked if you loved Him? Has He told you to feed His sheep?
These poems were written to help people experience the life of Christ burning from the pages of The Gospel of John.
