Notes from Oklahoma: Law Enforcement and the Ku Klux Klan

A short article from 1921 in which lists the Ku Klux Klan's intent to take law in it's own hands in Oklahoma under the pretext of law enforcement's perceived inability to maintain 'order.' The article warns that an illicit group of men doing illegal deeds to retribute other illegal deeds cannot be justified.
