THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF A PING PONG BALL: MY LIFE WITH ADHD

This is a story of a life with ADHD as a juvenile delinquent that grows into an accomplished aerospace engineer. His history of many different jobs and multiple trades. is a chance for the reader to learn some of the history of these trades. His inappropriate behavior and the lack of focus is the curse that he lived with for 74 years. There is also his inability to finish a project or an assigned task that plagues him at ever encounter. As time goes by he is able to mellow out. Although not all was difficult as he worked out ways to cover up his condition and survive with a family and fifty years of marriage to a loving wife. This story is told in is own words and style of communicating.
