Hordes of Models and Buckets of Dice (Fog of War): Wargames Rules: Optional Rule Supplement

The Fog Of War rule supplement is designed to add an optional layer to the command and control elements of the rules. The supplement can be used with all three books. “Pikes and Axes”, “Longbow and Lances” and “Gunpowder Period”.

The supplement adds to the game a simple order system that is applied at command group level. It is recommended that you apply the order system at the generals immediately below the army commander. Players may wish to decide to add the order system further down the chain of command.

Also the supplement introduces a level of tension to the game in that there is now a chance not all of your individual movement orders will reach all of the armies units. This adds a nice level of uncertainty to the game.
