After joining teaching as a profession I found that there
was not a single reasonably good book available which
could guide the students on how to do well from the
point of entry into the college level to the final year
when they are desperately looking forward for tips on
how to do well in examinations and finally in job
interviews.
Lot of students used to approach me seeking guidance to
do better and for learning tools which could give them
edge over their competitors with an ultimate aim of
doing better and outshining others in job market. This
inspired me to put together all that I had learned during
this process in the form of this book.

I am sure that the book will be of a great help to students
at all levels. The key for success, to my mind, is to
differentiate yourself from others. I have always been
telling my students that if they are as good as others then
why should some one hire them and not the other guy?

which searches far and wide for the source of scent, little
realizing that the source of scent is within himself.
Doing well and excelling can only be done after
realizing own capabilities and using those in right way.
