Yes, it’s as cool as you think, and no he won’t show you. You’d probably call him a wizard, or a mage, but neither title really fits. He’s a thaumaturgist—a miracle worker—and he specializes in a branch of magic that manipulates machines and computers. His world is filled with terabytes, and the less common, but far more lethal, dragon bites.
Dane’s life changed irrevocably when a greedy billionaire murdered thousands with a single keystroke; one of them was Dane’s father. You can see, how that would anger him.
