Description

The following is a work in progress, and a particularly rough draft of that work, compiled in perhaps a day's writing, all told. It is by no means finished, comprehensive, well-supported, or even necessarily correct. It is the musings and thoughts of concerned persons on our increasingly endangered world- the why's, the how's, and some half-baked solutions. As this project continues, it may well change form, positions, and content in dramatic ways as more information is found or created. Additionally, where support is absent or lacking, it will be added and credited appropriately. Fact is a must, and so none of the statements contained here are made without a factual, scientific basis- but please do not take our word for it if such a basis is lacking. Too often in the Green communities, speculation and alarmists rule, ultimately alienating the movement from the greater populace, already wary of the numerous radical and occasionally insane and dangerous groups that exist.

This document is compiled for the sake of humanity, infused with the spirit of the greats: Leopold, Abbey, Muir, and the countless others that oft go without note. It is largely opinion. You need not agree with its contents. You certainly should not agree in full. But please, consider the issues contained within.

Version 0.1 Notes: You will notice a lack of citations. They are few and far between. By all means, dismiss anything not supported by logic, data, or fact. I assure you it exists, but you may be shocked as to the difficulty of compiling it. 5/20/2015
