God Exists
Description
The existence or non-existence of God will never be able to be proved or disproved, for that would require a mind capable of all knowledge, of all reality in every dimension. The human mind is finite in its capacity to function, and therefore could never be all-knowing.
The question for our endeavor must be, therefore: Is God’s existence more or less probable than his non-existence? That is, what are the most converging and convincing arguments for the existence or non-existence of God?
Philosophy and the advances in cosmology, neurology, molecular biology, and the social sciences have made the convincing and converging arguments for God’s existence more probable than ever before in history.
In every inquiry, we must begin, according to Aristotle’s maxim, with what we know first and best—ourselves. This maxim is what makes the arguments for the existence of God over his non-existence more favorable.
