A Path to Beginning Energy Work

What you will find among the pages of my book include how to begin to feel stronger, more confident and aware, using the universal energy that we all have in and around us. The strategy I have laid out for you should help you become more sensitive, build some defenses and get used to feeling your own energy move around you. The reader will be given mediations to learn how to release negative influences and recharge your body, mind and soul with positive energy while continuing to practice and build on the meditations with time. I also offer ways you can create your own journey along with drills to help build skills in using the energy we all possess.
