Angus, the Detective (Cadet Magnum Book 17)

Two men on the farm adjacent to Angus' farm are murdered in cold blood and Angus is set up to take the blame by a crime lord operating in Sumpter. Due to municipal corruption, he has to undertake his own investigation, but the plot thickens with each step he takes, involving greater concerns, like the safety of Helen and Professor Krump and an alien invasion.
