Thus, both thought and language are revelatory and inspired.” However, God speaks in scripture through men in human fashion, the interpreter of Sacred Scripture, in order to see clearly what God wanted to communicate to us, should carefully investigate what meaning the sacred writer really intended, and what God wanted to manifest by means of their words. We understand inspiration to mean that special act of the Holy Spirit by which He guided the writers of the scriptures.
