Boy Whore of Westwood

After a terrifying encounter, Jake decides it's about time to change his life. Broke and with nowhere to go, he simply starts walking. He wonders what he can do, until a bit of miscommunication deposits a windfall right in his lap. Finally with coin in hand, he finds himself liking his new profession, and ends up in a gown. He's the boy whore of Westwood, although to be honest, courtesan is probably a more accurate term in this case (there was a lot of overlap).

Warning: near the beginning is a scene with dubious consent, so be forewarned. Also, as the title might indicate, there's a whole lot of gay sex going down.
