In 2003, Jarvis Sink, 34, is arrested for a series of New York murders he has no knowledge of carrying out and his world falls down around him.

In 1971, 9-year-old Tommy Vincent is tragically killed in a horrific bus crash on the way to school and his afterlife sees him do a deal with the devil in return for his life.

U.S. Detectives Racheal Wells, 33, and her senior partner, Stephen Banbury, 52, are assigned to the serial murders, which had been daubed 'The Bergen Baby Taker'. They struggle to find sufficient evidence to convict anyone of the gruesome killings, let alone Jarvis. But, on interviewing Jarvis, Racheal uncovers a case-breaking paranormal revelation within his Bergen home. She travels to England, going against protocol by taking Jarvis with her, to investigate further the suspect history behind the Vincent family but get more than what they bargained for.

Will they get Jarvis exonerated? Can they convince everyone the devil is behind it? Or will it be all too late for questions?
