Christy

Christy and Don are on the shuttle with a large module they will be installing on the Space Station Polaris. During the ascent phase the shuttle experiences an event but proper action by the Flight Engineer results in it making it safely to orbit. The shuttle delivers the two space builders and the module to Polaris and safely returns to earth. As they begin construction a hatch blows and Christy is badly injured. No vehicle is available for a rescue, she needs prompt surgery to save her life. The occupants of Polaris with help from the ground prepare for that surgery. As they are doing that they learn that the event on the shuttle was not an accident, it was sabotage. With law enforcement, intelligence and the military investigating they need to quickly determine who is involved and just as important, were any of the other shuttles in the fleet targets.

Will the Polaris crew be able to save Christy? Will she and Don be able to carry out the mission?
