This book is a compilation of classes or modules taught at the Intuitive Fighting System and Russian Martial Arts academy. This book will discuss various training related factors that were identified and examined in order to assess the way EPO’s are trained. Aspects such as integrity, focus, duration, and content are examined. This is a syllabus which will give you a general idea and a "heads-up" if you choose to work in this field.
