ISIS kidnaps the Secretary of State on a peace mission in Syria and hold him for a fifty billion dollar ransom, Secretary of Defense, Jack "Burner" Stewart calls in the Black Eagle Force.

A CIA Intelligence Analyst breaks a coded message from ISIS to the North Koreans for the purchase of two nuclear devices. Someone tries to keep her from getting the information to the SecDef and attempts to kill both in the process while the President orders the BEF...disbanded.

A fleet of mysterious black helicopters from a secret base in Mexico crosses the Rio Grande to destroy Eagle Nest Ranch. Who is it? Who is behind ISIS and their reign of terror? Can the Black Eagle Force stop them? Will the BEF survive?
