Jack Ellis has just finished his second year of law school when a sudden and life-altering change of plans sends him back home to New Jersey, a place haunted by Jack’s past, for the summer. Unhappy and lost, he makes his way through a hazy summer filled with old friends, reluctant reflection, and controlled substances in hopes of finding clarity. Hollywood follows Jack as he fights the urge to fall in line and finds out if he has a dream worth following.
