Joanna is the pride and joy of the swim team, but her parents barely acknowledge her talent. In a family torn apart by tragedy, animosity and suspicion, they have lost sight of their vulnerable young daughter. Joanna tries to cope with the turmoil surrounding her and grapples to restore sanity to the household.
