Does circumstance predict if we'll turn out good or evil?
Is one’s fate really sealed from birth?
Running from a past that left her riddled with scars and not just the visible kind, Ferrian hides not only herself away, but the demons clawing at her. Each day grows harder to get through,--- so does the desire to kill those who have hurt her, and killed those she once loved. That is, until the day she meets Remi. Tall, dark and heavenly, he slowly chips away the pain of the past and unleashes hope where hurt once resided.
Charged with watching over the one human who could change the fate of the world, and balances on the edge of the impending apocalypse,---Remiel , a member of an elite League of Guardians, vows to protect the future Dark Angel from the murderous clutches of Xaphan. Remi’s fear that Ferrian will become a Daemon grows as much as his desire, as the clock starts to count down to the hour of her transformation. He had a duty to protect her, even from herself, but can’t he protect her from his love.
Can his love make her forget where she came from, or will her past come back to haunt her once again and kill the one person who hopes to set her free from her pain?
