VISHNU SAHASRANAMAM: A KRIYA YOGI'S INTERPRETATION

Sri Vishnu Sahasranaamam means chanting Paramaatma (God the father) in different names so that the Chakras or plexus or activated by which the kundalinee will be awakened. The sadhak will not enjoy Samadhi without awakening of kundalinee. In this book how this chanting is to be done is demonstrated.
