The young girl is Mary. Between the ages of thirteen and eighteen she is found pregnant during her engagement period and her betrothed is not the father. To make matters worst she tells a fanciful story of a visiting angle and being impregnated by God. One Called Mary: And The Birth of the Christ Child is the story as found in the Gospel of Luke.
