My Brother's Keeper

Set in the inner city of Rochester, NY, My Brother's Keeper, is the urban tale of Chantale Marie Carter, a beautiful twenty-one year old who was born into a life of luxury and opulence. Her father, Leo Carter, is a sought after and deeply admired business man, while her late brother, Caliph, was once the leader of the most prominent drug organization on the city's west side. Chantale is put on a pedestal that leaves her sheltered off from the rest of the city and she has minimal insight to the history and secrets that are attached to her family's name.

Chantale is molded into believing that her family and inner circle of friends are untouchable. However, as the fifth anniversary of her brother's murder begins to close in on her, pieces of her life become undone which leads to her questioning the motives of people she has known since birth.
