I will give you some tips to unlock your DNA, understand the power of meditation as well as focus and I discuss some signs you can use to see where you are in your own spiritual development. I also devoted a chapter to share a lot of the resources(books, websites, authors, speakers, blogs) I used to transform myself.
The important thing to understand about my journey and about the information in this book is that the power to change your life exists in each and every one of us. No one has more knowledge or power than you do. This is something that took me a long time to understand but it doesn't have to. Once you have this understanding, you become limitless. That's why I wrote this book.
My goal is to help you plant the seeds of greatness and superhumaness into your subconscious. Your task is to grow these seeds into plants. There is no difficulty in this process. It's not something that takes years or a lot of money to do. It's simply a matter of understand a few key concepts that I discuss in my book and applying them over time into your own life.
You are the superman or superwoman of your own story. You chose and create your own reality. That means you already have the superpowers to fly in your life, to be healthy and invulnerable to pain or disease, to be wealthy and successful and live the life of your dreams.
