Leslie is about to embark on her first vacation when something goes horrible.She's trapped on an island and all alone. At least, that's what she thinks.

She's left stranded on an island with an injury she can't fix. Just when she's about to give up hope Doctor Dan is there to rescue her. Dan can help Leslie out, but he needs to get up close and personal with her . She needs to trust him and let him get between her legs, to take the pain away.

Leslie is reluctant at first, but gives into him when he promises to make her feel all better. Leslie takes Dan hard and unprotected on the island, hoping that his medical expertise will make her feel whole. She takes Dan's big member for the first time, taking away the pain and giving her something else.
