Christian Thinkers Journal (Think Impact Book 1)

The need for the church today to critically address themes that are at the heart of our belief in Christ Jesus is very important especially in an age where secularization, postmodernism and other world views are gradually stealing people away from the faith. This is not in any way to suggest that the battle to win millions for Christ is a lost cause. On the contrary, we are already more than conquerors in this respect.
Addressing pressing issues that affects Christians in effectively living in societies that are becoming antagonistic to Christian values does not also mean the intellect and arguments must be at the forefront of this charge. The Holy Spirit which convicts sinners must always be allowed to play its important role of drawing millions to himself when we preach forth the gospel. Christian Thinkers Journal is established on these two principles;
Christians have a responsibility to manifest the glory of God and be the light of the world. This is understood in the sense that we have a duty to bring millions into the Kingdom of God, of course with the help of the Holy Spirit.
Christian Thinkers also recognise as Martin Luther put it that, ‘ a religion true to its natures must also be concerned about man's social conditions.’
We hold the view that religion deals with both earth and heaven, both time and eternity. We do not operate in a vacuum and must consciously be concerned about what happens in our societies and also how the word of God applies to what happens around us.
In this maiden edition of the Christian Thinkers Journal, we have sought to address some basic concepts about the belief in atheism which is very prominent in Europe and parts of America. We have also sought to address a varied mixture of themes ranging from Abortion, Homosexuality, Mind Manipulation and Propaganda Series, Strategic Thinkers and many more. We have also consciously decided never to lose sight of the central message of the gospel, Salvation, therefore, we have added a call to salvation guide at the end of the Journal and we have strong faith that readers shall take advantage of this to become right with our Lord and personal saviour, Christ Jesus.
