A gambler at heart, Spenser Locke is hooked the first moment he sees low-grav racing. It's a far cry from the drudgery of the Martian colonies, and Spenser knows it's not enough to see the races... he wants to fly.
But he's just a rookie from the Martian colonies, and the other racers are pros. He may have just staked everything on a game so dangerous that the house didn't even bother to stack the deck.
