What exactly is enlightenment? Enlightenment implies qualities such as detachment and awareness. This spiritual belief suggests that life is full of suffering produced by desire and other emotions that attach the soul to worldly things; suffering is the result of attachment to these necessarily transitory things. A soul becomes enlightened when it remains in the world yet becomes free of attachment to it. People from other worlds have reached such a state have come to Earth to teach us how to do it.
The purpose of this book is not to focus on the adventures of George Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, or the Italian Friendship Group but to focus on the amazing teachings the wonderful people from other worlds gave to George Adamski, Howard Menger, Daniel Fry, Buck Nelson, and the Italian Friendship Group so they could share the knowledge with the world...The Galactic Federation I am referring to are the Space Friends of Adamksi, Menger and Fry. They are physical people just like us, but they come from other parts of the galaxy. They do have bases on the Moon, Mars, Venus, ect. As stated by Menger in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts - The Best Evidence UFO Documentary by Michael Hesemann. (Fry’s space brothers and sisters of the Confederation live in a giant ships that act like artificial planets as stated in ‘To Men of Earth Part 1’)
This is why Adamki’s space ship photos were proven real by experts such as William Sherwood an optical physicist from Eastman Kodak, Col. Coleman Vorkeveizky of the United Nations Audio Visual Department (retired), and Bob Wechsler a physicist and NASA Mission Specialist in the documentary UFO Secret: Alien Contacts: The Best Evidence Documentary by Michael Hesemann and at the same time science has shown there is definitely no advanced intelligent native life on Mars, Venus, the Moon ect. Adamski likely saw images of underground bases with parks or clear bio-domes or mobile bases...God is the Invisible Intelligent Energy Everywhere which is all people and all things. Everyone’s awareness (soul) is also everywhere because everyone’s awareness is a part of God. So have the FEELING that everything everywhere is both you and also God. Practice feeling privileged to be in the presence of God which is all things. Universal Love is the energy of God. Practice having a feeling of service without expecting anything in return or without thought of one’s self.

Love is NOT lust) The feeling of service without thought of ones self is what is called Universal Love. You do not have to physically serve, just have the attitude of service. Focus on the heart to have a feeling of Universal Love.... You are not your body but your eternal awareness (soul) within your body which is the energy which gives you your feeling within your body. Focus on your heart and feel your awareness expand out over the whole universe and FEEL everything is you and at the same time God. Know everyone else's awareness is the also everywhere but they not realized it yet. You can even make people feel feelings from a distance with our awareness because our awareness is everywhere. (this was alluded to in Menger’s book From Outer Space to You) But have morals and use the method of making people feel things from a distance only as a last resort and ask for forgiveness from God first because everything is meant to develop on its own. You can send someone feelings anywhere in the universe because we are all one as a part of God...Ask the infinite one a question, then let go of thinking and a thought or idea will come of only moral common sense stuff that helps improve your life in small ways. Ask the Confederation for assistance in life and their registering discs will pick up your thoughts and they will help out in small ways.
