Description
Twenty-six year old Arizona Ranger, Steve Fullmer, has been a lawman since he was 18 years old. Orphaned at 14, his Sheriff father had started teaching him how to shoot when he was 12 years old. They would practice for hours, until there wasn’t much else to teach the boy. When his Sheriff dad was shot in the streets of his town, a rancher friend of his father’s gave Steve a job on his ranch. The boy was a good worker, a good ranch hand and thought of as a good kid by all the cowboys. He did a man’s job eagerly. One day when Steve and another cowboy were checking the cattle, they came up on two rustlers running the brand of their boss’s cattle. Steve’s partner was a good cowboy, but not a gunman.
The two rustlers they surprised pulled their guns. Steve rolled off his horse, came up with his six shooter and plugged the two men before they had a chance to shoot the cowboys. His reputation changed dramatically, and when the local Sheriff’s deputy was shot, he asked Steve if he wanted the job. From there, he was hired by the Texas Rangers. He helped a nobleman rescue a kidnapped relative, met the Colonel of the local Army Fort and his beautiful daughter, and bought a ranch that turned out to be wanted by a band of outlaws and cattle rustlers.
