Talk to the World: A Manual for Students and Teachers of Conversational English: Book One

Talk to the World provides, for students whose goal is the mastery of conversational English, a graded selection of 50 grammar-based dialogues that can be manipulated and used in meaningful ways. The manual guides students through conversation practice with simple substitution to communicative performance in numerous expression categories. Book One covers essential conversation basics and Book Two builds on Book One and takes students to the high intermediate level.

Talk to the World was designed in the classroom for students of varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and the manual can be used with large classes or with classes as small as one-on-one tutorial sessions.
